Terms and Conditions of Service

  • Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the services provided by Deuex Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services.

    • Services

      The Company provides software development and digital creation services ('Services'). Detailed descriptions of the Services are available on the Company’s website or can be provided upon request.

      • Service Modifications

        The Company reserves the right to modify the Services or to suspend or stop providing all or portions of the Services at any time. You agree that the Company will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

        • Fees and Payment

          Fees for the Services will be set out in the Service Agreement you enter into with the Company. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.

          • Intellectual Property Rights

            • The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. The Services are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
            • You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the visual design or code of the Company’s Services without express written permission from the Company.

          • Confidentiality

            Both parties agree to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of the Service Agreement confidential and to use such information only to the extent necessary for performing under the Service Agreement.

            • Limitation of Liability

              The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages).

              • Termination

                Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of these Terms and fails to correct the breach within thirty (30) days following written notice from the non-breaching party.

                • Governing Law

                  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

                  • Changes to Terms

                    The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms, the Company will notify you by posting an announcement on the website.
