Deuex Solutions' story begins with our director's passion for coding, turning late-night coding sessions into a thriving tech company. It's a journey fuelled by a desire to turn client vision into reality by delivering best UX, along with welcoming and innovative workplace for employees. This proves that passion & commitment can build not just a company but a community.
Year 2019 - 2020
At the start, we faced some tough challenges as our focus was to onboard new clients but due to small team size of 2-4 members, it became really hard to find and gain clients' trust. So, we decided to be open & transparent in terms of communication, ensuring everyone on the team felt confident while sharing their point of view with clients.
Year 2020 - 2021
In the pandemic year of 2020-21 we faced obstacles because this was the time when we had to revamp our ideas and ways of working. But, we did it through a smooth transition as some clients supported us and with that support, we aided all our team members during this tough time and emerged stronger.
Year 2021 - 2022
As Deuex Solutions grew, so we laid emphasis on creating a sense of belonging and recognition among team members. The initiative to feature every team member on the "Our People Are Our Brand wall" exemplifies the company's commitment to value individual contributors.
Year 2022 - 2023
This is the year when we can finally call ourselves a growing IT company. We've tackled challenges, welcomed change, and aimed for the best, not just in our tech work but in creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered to take charge of things and can succeed.
